You will be provided with an estimated shipping cost during the checkout process. Please note that additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or special delivery requests.
Delivery Times: The estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently only offer shipping within Canada and the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance procedures.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at vkdesigns@mail.com to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at vkdesigns@mail.com to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
